the founder
I’m Philip Cameron. I build and run small web products, and LotWarden exists because storage-lot operators keep saying the same thing in forums: the software is priced for facilities they don’t run, bills in units of time their tenants don’t use, and goes up every year anyway.
There’s no product to buy today. I’m looking for founding lots — operators who’ll beta-test it free, tell me exactly what’s broken in their billing, and get software shaped around how outdoor storage actually works. If it earns its keep, it’s $39/month locked for as long as you stay. If it doesn’t, you walk away owing nothing.
You won’t find a testimonials wall here, because there are no customers yet. What you’ll get is a working product built around your lot, a flat price that doesn’t creep, and a founder who answers his own email.
